I normally receive excellent service at J Allen Toyota, but my last visit not so much. The wait was excessive and I was frustrated by the time I left and all it would have taken is communication from service rep. I gave 4 stars because we all have off days.

Im confident that the service provided for my Toyota Tundra exceeds the industry standards. I was very happy to be able to lease the rental vehicle while the work was completed. Also enjoyed speaking with the service personnel and especially Mr. Vasquez .

The service person I dealt with was very cordial. I had to wait an excessive amount of time for my vehicle to be ready. People who came in way after me were leaving before me. I suspect my vehicle was taken back to the shop and maybe forgotten. Maybe the technician who worked on my vehicle was very slow. Don't what the reason but it was very excessive.

Was supposed to get the 30,000 mile check up which included everything. Coolant and other fluids were not filled. I checked them at home and found they werent done. Called in and was told to bring it back. I have no way to know if the other services were done. Very concerned!

The employees at the front desk don't acknowledge your customers as they come in. I was left wondering which counter I should go to for service. Both counters had employees interactering with other employees. Would have been nice for one of them to say something like "we will be right with you"!

Usually, I would give 5 stars. However, this time they seemed to be backed up. So even though I had an appointment and got there early, I had to wait at least 20 or 30 minutes just to get checked in. Once they took the car, it may have been a little longer than usual, but everything went smoothly.

Came in on a Saturday to get my Camry serviced for oil change, tire rotation, and the multi point inspection. Service was busy, took a few minutes having to wait for assistance. But that was understandable, and it didn't change my attitude about the service. Bottom line is that the work got finished in a timely manner, very professional in every way. Well Done!!!!

Tony was great! My regular service rep was on vacation. I call around 11am on Saturday morning with battery and cable issues. I told him that I could be there by 1pm. I got there a little after 12pm and I was out of there by 1:30pm. Very courteous!!!!

Diagnostic tests are certainly effective; as I determined lights were my issue and a part would need to be replaced. Part ordered and received in a timely manner. Notification and appointment set up immediately ( thanks Kim) and lights functioning well. Thanks Rick Scruggs and technicians for keeping my 2012 Camry on the road!

Always very courteous. You are greeted either by a technician or service preparer. Plus, you are given a cost estimate when the technician enters the services you are requesting. This saves time for the customer wiliness to pay the amount and does not waste the valuable time of the service department.

Wait time was 4 hours even though I reserved a time (why even bother) for a simple oil change. Price for rental car was more than advertised on website. Something needs to be done on wait time. I will absolutely not bring car back to JAT when I can simply go across street and get oil changed there.

They always do a great job on the BIG things, which are the most important things. But as a non tech savvy 71 year old, it's the little things I would like remembered as well. Especially when I ask the technician at the get go to remind the service department. Two examples are distance to empty and resetting the time. Simple things for some but not to me. Especially when they stare me in the face every time I drive my car.

They said I had excessive corrosion on my battery terminals. Upon an inspection at home, I found no corrosion. However, I found a missing bolt in my air filter compartment. I had to make a return visit for the bolt and to have my rear wiper blade installed. They did not have one in stock.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS!!! PRETTY SURE I PAID FOR A PART THEY NEVER PUT ON AND THEY TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME BY ABOUT 500$ AND WHEN I PICKED UP MY VEHIICLE THEY TOLD ME TO BRONG BACK AFTER BREAKING DOWN THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY WANTED ANOTHER 150$.

The whole experience with J. Allen Toyota was great. The service staff is top-notch. They set us up with a good rental. And, our car was repaired according to their timeline. Granted, replacing a hybrid battery is neither cheap nor quick. But, I have confidence in J. Allen Toyota in Gulfport.

Appreciated that the service department was able to patch the tire but disappointed that they didn't return the lug nut adaptor and they also under-inflated (30 psi ) the repaired tire. I caught both oversights, retrieved the lug nut adaptor and had them inflate the tire to the desired pressure.

Had my Car Serviced and didnt receive a call that it was ready, I had to call right before closing to find out if my truck was ready after waiting for hours not being able to do nothing, on top of all this after claiming to do a multi point inspection a week later my truck completely died from a bad Battery, only thing good about service was service adviser Casey, she was amazing.

The oil change was fine. However, the main reason I brought the car in (engine noise) was checked and told I needed a new engine $5000.00+. Was also recommended to get 4 new tires. I bought 2 new tires for the front last year and only have about 15000 miles on them. The other 2 maybe in the near future. Found out the engine does not need replacing.

They spilled oil on my driver side carpet.Spent 1700 worth of repair and they couldnt protect the carpets in my car with some cheap paper mat that they suppose to put while doing the repair.It also took them 2 days to complete the job plus i needed to take the car back the next day because the engine light came on.They fixed it for free thats why Im giving this review 2 stars
