No communication. Repair took a month. At no time was I called to explain why. I had to stop in and find out. Only call I got was to come and pick it up. Communication between them and Toyota to get the warranty part was poor and took multiple attempts. Work was done satisfactory thus the 2 stars.

AJ, does listen to me at the time of dropping off my RAV4 but there seems to be a breakdown in communication of services needed once my RAV4 is in the care of the shop technicians. As a woman, I feel like Allen Toyota doesn't listen nor value my opinion.

Waited for nearly two hrs for an windshield repair estimate and scratches to be buffed and they in fact were not buffed out. I immediately contacted my salesman and sent pictures and they doubted my word. The scratches were on the vehicle when I purchased it and was supposedly taking care of the time now and the issue with the scratches have not been addressed.

New tires at an improved cost New battery and the warranty was honored resulting great savings. My new Bridgestone tires are everything my Advisor predicted. Rental car was available on time . Communication on vehicle status was effective. Overall cost was fair and accurate.

Overall the service was very good. My only concern was when we made the appointment, we were told the process for syncing a key was 20 minutes. We were there close to three hours. The gentleman at the desk apologized and explained the situation. He was great! If we had known from the start the time it took I would give this five stars. Very nice people to work with.

1st time I had a real customer focused service advisor. Mike McCormick greeted me, listened to my problem and a day before my appt he got everything done in a short morning. He will be the reason I come back after my service contract is up. Jay Davis

My car is only serviced at this location. This last service was terrible. Had to schedule the appointment over a month in advance. The service was over 5 hours had they completed services I didn't approve. Then had to go back for my hubcaps to be put on because they forgot. My whole off day was gone.

Reception lengthy this time. Received email that I had refused 2 services, which I did not. Windshield wipers were noisy when I bought the car but were not replaced at last visit; paid $119 for replacement of wipers and cabin air filter this trip. Visit is usually superb.

They overfilled my oil causing me to be on the side of interstate. The car was smoking really badly. After I made it back to dealership, the stress was terrible. They gave me a loner vehicle so I didn't get back with them until Monday afternoon. I was afraid that my new car would break down again.This should've never happened.

Went in for a scheduled oil change in the afternoon and it took 3 hours to get my car back. The next day my oil light came on and it was 2.5 quarts low on oil; we paid for the extended warranty and maintenance packages but we will never go back here again. It has always been an issue here

J Allen Toyota in my opinion is best dealership on the Mississippi Gulf coast S for purchasing, too, in serving Toyotas. I have been going to J Allen Toyota for service on my Toyota 4Runner and never have been disappointed. As they have kept my 4Runner up to Toyato specks at fair pricing. All of which I will continue to go back to J Allen Toyota as along as I'm living in the area.

Charged over 180.00 to do a diagnostic service on a fuel sending unit and yet another charge will be required if I return to find out what if anything is wrong with it. The paperwork from the first service said they checked fuses. So I was charged 180.00 for someone to check fuses.

The people are nice. However, I am not happy with my service. I paid almost $800 for a break job in September. When I let them know my breaks have been squeaking bad, they want to charge me a $150 diagnostic fee. Doesn't seem fair if I'm a loyal customer. The company should check its work without a fee. It's barely been 6 months.

They didn't fix the issue trued to rip me off by charging me for a service that was not even necessary (over $1000), and it wasn't fixed until I took my vehicle to Bobby Tyson's in Ocean Springs. They also said my gas cap and serpentine belt were bad. Turns out they're not.

Opt for the rental service if you don't want to sit & look at white walls for an undetermined amount of time. Super cheap rates! Desk clerks aren't friendly or welcoming but the service department does what you ask them to do. My interior/exterior detail was cheap & results were great.

So I would like to start off by saying, the service I've received from J. Allen Toyota has been nothing less than stellar. Unfortunately, between lack of staff training, leadership within the service department, and communication with the customer (me), I left there Saturday, on my day off, very frustrated, disappointed, and flat out livid. 6 and a half hours I was there with very little communication.

Scheduled appointment for oil change and radiator flush. Also I requested the battery changed out because of it working on 4 years old. Mechanic found drive belt starting to show issues, got it replaced as well. While I paid much for this work, Im making sure the car is safe for traveling when I go on vacation in the fall. Always great and dependable service from Allen Toyota, and I highly recommend them.

I scheduled a service for airbag recall and I asked them on the phone Are you sure you have all the parts required before I drive down there, oh yes we have the parts. Drive down, dropped the car off and got a ride back home. Soon as I get home they call and said we dont have the parts. Was not offered anything for for inconvenience.
