Oil change and tires rotation took about an hour. Disappointed that they didnt clean the residual engine oil well after the job is complete. I saw engine oil dripping when I got home. It got me concern so I have to go back to the shop and ask them about it.

They were fully booked. Got there early to see if they could work me in for an oil change and tire rotation. They could work me in with the caveat that it would take longer. I was okay with waiting. I ended up waiting maybe 30 minutes longer than normal. I was very pleased. Reception and service-great.

Have been a customer for years and have always received great service but this last time it appeared all service tech greeters/techs were too busy to help and I felt like I was more of a hindrance/nuisance rather than a customer. I was questioned about getting battery tested,I explained that I had received notice to have checked.
I also had oil changed and tires rotated. I was un aware that this had ever been done since purchasing vehicle 8/31/22. I was told "about an hour" for service time. It was 5:15 when I finally was able to see the service manager.

I went in b/c my ac was blowing warm air. Service rep Brady Paak asked if I had extended warranty, I said I didnt think so. Repair charge was $700+, so he checked and found I did have coverage, saved me lots of money. Also repair was going to take longer than anticipated so offered a car, I got a new 2023 CRV to drive! (I had told him I was thinking about getting new car.) Great customer service from Brady!

Easy process. Not a lot of crazy pressuring by the salesman. A little more pressure than Id like from the finance Department but also very easy to decline the extra coverages.
