Inver Grove Honda regularly services my car. Brought the car in because of a flat, but I couldn't take tire off. The shop found the lug nuts were cross-threaded. Since I bought the tires from them and they installed them, they replaced the wheel studs at no charge. Honest mechanics!

It took way too long. When I made the appointment, I was told 45 minutes to an hour. When I brought the car in I was told an to hour to an hour and 15 minutes. At an hour and 30, I told I needed to sign my paperwork, so he gave the paperwork to the cashier. I stood in line for additional 15 minutes. I don't understand why I just couldn't sign the paperwork for the guy who checked me in and out. I didn't owe anything.

I came in after being jump started and had no appointment. They still got me in quickly. It had been raining buckets, so the service floor was extremely slippery. They saw this old lady (me) struggling with a cane that kept slipping and they told me to stay put and then they brought my car right to me and made sure I got in safely. Great service from beginning to the end!

I didn't like the fact that the technician failed to tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires and when I spoke with a manager about what happened there wasn't much of an apology.
I had to bring it to another shop to correct it and I would appreciate a full refund for the work which was performed.

My service was necessary to correct the mistake they had made. They overfilled the oil on the last oil change. They did a free oil change to put in the correct amount of oil. They viewed it as a simple mistake. I suggested they should check the oil with the dipstick, they said they would have wait 10 minutes to check the oil. It was ok for me to wait an hour and a half for them to fix the problem.

Worst experience ever. Was told my car would be done at 345 after having an appointment for a simple pull change. Didn't leave until 445 making me late for next appointment. Customer service blamed me for not telling them I was a veteran until I paid. I had been going to this honda dealer for 12 years, purchasing 2 vehicles. Their customer service has declined rapidly. I will not be returning.

Went in for scheduled oil change & repair of 1 known issue. Other issue discovered and repaired all during the same appointment, glad to have it done. My car is a 2009, but still performs as new. This is due to the high quality of the Honda vehicles to begin with, and the fact that I leave all the service to Inver Grove Honda - much appreciated.

I was not told on the phone, but the mechanic pulled me aside when I arrived and let me know the actual cost of checking on a part that I could claim a warranty on if broken. I was lucky and the cost was under warranty, but if they checked and it wasn't it could've cost 800$. I can tell the mechanics care about the work they do, and want their customers leaving happy with their work.

The experience was a life lesson in trusting "nice" people. Watch who you do business with at this dealership. Second guess every decision - yours and theirs. They were supposed to fix or repair the flat tire and put the spare tire back but didn't do it instead of using the replacement of the oil. I waited for a long time to find out that they also didn't do the tire when they said the car was ready. I had to wait another longer time. Sigh!

I like the nice front desk person and how they patiently guided me to using the barcode scan to do my "survey" for value of car. I didn't like it that no one was going to come see my vehicle. It felt like a disappointed "appointment" - maybe I didn't read things throughly but a sales person physically seeing and giving me an appraised price would've been nice. Just different here.
