Great experience. Jacob Smith was friendly, professional, informative. Had gone in for an airbag seat sensor recall but needed some fluid changes also. Planned to wash my CRV afterwards but they took care of that also, inside and out. Very pleased.

Did not appreciate texts at 6:15 a.m or 6:30 a.m. advising me my part was in. Surely those can wait until at least sunrise. Aside from the constantly "fluid" price quotes, my overall experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. My service advisor, Ray, was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Honda had a fuel pump recall. I went to this location and they installed the pump but it was installed incorrectly, which caused my car to breakdown and had to be towed for repairs. It cost me $215.00 to have car towed. If the pump was installed correctly the first time,I wouldn't had an extra expensive to pay.

Very polite, very well organised and competent staff. I visited for the safety inspection required prior to registering our BMW iX and BMW i4 which we bought out of state.
The cost is $25 per car, which is great value.
The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable with free coffee.
The young chap who drove the i4 liked it, even though he was unsure of owning an EV.
