Alex is a fantastic person and service advisor who went above-and-beyond. I am from out of town and my alternator went out on a Saturday afternoon. He got my car in, got the warranty work approved, got the work done, and got me back on the road within 3.5 hours - start to finish. On a SATURDAY! It was truly incredible. Wish I had a dealership like this with staff like this in my hometown!

Everything seemed to be good BUT..... I asked for a tire rotation and alignment. Here is the thing.. I know that I only have 1 rim that has not been damaged by me and that tire is the front driver side. Ater, I got my car back I noticed that the tires were all in the same position which means they did not rotate them as requested and if they did the alignment then they certainly did not rotate them which is very disappointing.

Did not appreciate texts at 6:15 a.m or 6:30 a.m. advising me my part was in. Surely those can wait until at least sunrise. Aside from the constantly "fluid" price quotes, my overall experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. My service advisor, Ray, was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Honda had a fuel pump recall. I went to this location and they installed the pump but it was installed incorrectly, which caused my car to breakdown and had to be towed for repairs. It cost me $215.00 to have car towed. If the pump was installed correctly the first time,I wouldn't had an extra expensive to pay.

Very polite, very well organised and competent staff. I visited for the safety inspection required prior to registering our BMW iX and BMW i4 which we bought out of state. The cost is $25 per car, which is great value. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable with free coffee. The young chap who drove the i4 liked it, even though he was unsure of owning an EV.

Had the cordless phone charger replaced under service bulletin from Honda. While my truck was there they did a complete vehicle inspection and found no problems. They also washed my truck upon completion of the work in a timely manner. Great dealership service and factory support.

First time at this dealership. Brittany was very helpful and understanding of my situation and my need to be on the road quickly. Was given a loaner car and mine was repaired 48 hours. Love that the service department is open all weekend . Will definitely be my new dealership for repairs!

The service team member was aggressive and rude. Short tempered and not very knowledgeable about service parts and labor costs. I was quoted an outrageous price to replace my windshield and went to another Honda dealer for better service and a better price. I would not recommend anyone to come to your location for service. If I could rate it no stars. I would.
