Work was done as promised -- on time and at price quoted. AC cools much better. Both Advisors-- Dean and Georges-- provided straight forward explanations, were pleasant/courteous. Recommendations were as expected. Slightly disappointed in that there was no complete print out of the vehicle inspection report.

I waited for about 1.5 hours, but that is fine. As my car is approaching the 100K mile service, the tech told me it would be about $2500 to do all the required services, plus change all the spark plugs. This seems extremely excessive and is forcing me to get this done elsewhere. That said, I appreciate them honoring a coupon that was sent to me for an oil change for $48.88.

Showed the issues with car on the lift, gave options to complete tasks from highest priority repair to things that can wait. Customer service with professionalism and great communication. Sometimes, it's better to go to the dealership even if it's more expensive to ensure the repair is done correctly.

Extended hours, even on a Sunday? Whhhaaaa? Crazy! But here I was, less than 2 hours at a Honda dealership getting the blower motor replaced under warranty. Crazy that they had the part in stock. Like, what dealership randomly has blower motors in stock? Always treats my vehicle with respect, and I get it back cleaner than when I give it to them. Friendly, efficient, respectful of my vehicle and my time.

The sales person I dealt with was incompetent to provide the requested information. I had to send multiple emails asking about the car I was interested to get either irrelevant or generic information. Eventually the dealer decided to jack up the price by $2K.I never got a reply why that happened. Needless to say I decided to buy a car elsewhere.

I liked the way Ms. Brittany took time with me. How she told me what was best and how they have a financial payment plan. Ms. Brittany's customer service is amazing. The lady at the desk that check you who collects the pay, her service was good as well.

The service needed was assessed promptly and completed reasonably quick. Returned loaner car, picked up my CRV and drove home. The next day it would not start, replacing starter one item fixed initially. Returned car to fix or replace starter again. It took a minimum of two/three days to complete. Starter took longer than all items initially serviced.

The Service Rep was great! He explained everything and help me to make good decisions regarding my car care. Even after I left and had to return because the Tire Pressure light came on, Jacob the Service Rep took care of the problem efficiently. However, I had just washed my car and whoever was the service technician left greasy spots on the hood and on my car door. I was definitely not please with that.

Alex is a fantastic person and service advisor who went above-and-beyond. I am from out of town and my alternator went out on a Saturday afternoon. He got my car in, got the warranty work approved, got the work done, and got me back on the road within 3.5 hours - start to finish. On a SATURDAY! It was truly incredible. Wish I had a dealership like this with staff like this in my hometown!

Everything seemed to be good BUT..... I asked for a tire rotation and alignment. Here is the thing.. I know that I only have 1 rim that has not been damaged by me and that tire is the front driver side. Ater, I got my car back I noticed that the tires were all in the same position which means they did not rotate them as requested and if they did the alignment then they certainly did not rotate them which is very disappointing.
