A car with 64k miles should not need a major safety repair. They quoted the n price at inspection. Offered a reduced price to assist after calling Honda corporate. Then tried to charge me more than original price and wouldn't release until a manager was there. They also recommended I replace a windshield wiper that was replace 5 days earlier.

Sell you a car but never follow up on how things are going. BUT salesperson stressed on how important he wanted me to give him a review plus text me later that evening reminding me. Which i did give him a excellent review the day after the sale of a new car. Then he wouldn't respond back on item that was to be with the car and gave me the run around. Finally receive the item a week and 1/2 later but still no respone back from him.

I was there for a recall related service, but the sales rep constantly kept trying to upsell me stuff like battery replacement because it hasn't been changed in the last 5 years even though it is testing fine. The service itself was fine but the salesman attitude about it makes me think about going somewhere I can trust.

I have prepaid maintenance including service for the first three oil changes, etc. At the Check In, the service advisor mistakenly gave me a bill for the work to be done. When that was cleared up, he changed the list of services that were to be completed. It was very confusing.

The service tech was great and kept me informed. I don't love spending lots of money, but it's worth it to keep a reliable car I can depend on. Missing one star only because they are still remodeling, the lobby was getting cramped, and I waited outside as I started to closed in. They did not have a charging station. I will definitely continue using them, as this is a temporary situation for them.

Every time we go there for an oil change they suggest we need multiple thousands of dollars of repairs. Most times the suggestions aren't even the same. When we take the vehicle for a second opinion, the repairs aren't even necessary. The latest round was almost $10k in suggestions. I will never take our vehicle for repairs or buy anything from them as I simply do not trust them whatsoever.

My car started leaking oil the evening after the oil change. It was all over my driveway and was a constant drip. I was able to loosen and tighten the oil pan plug with my fingers so it appears it was only had tightened by the dealership's service team. I had to go back and get it fixed which required waiting for an hour and taking time out of my office to get it resolved.
