The shop lowered tires pressure to 30 psi from the manafactury recommended pressure of 35 psi, which caused a low pressure alarm 12hours after the oil change/tire rotate. Had to pressure the tires back to 35 psi. Highly concerned with the skills and experience of their mechanic people.

Service was performed very quickly. Only problem was that a specific concern that I addressed over the telephone when I made the appointment and when I checked in was not performed. At check-out, I brought it up again and that person went out with me to my car. I was concerned about my passenger mirror that had a very hard knock on it when I was driving in Seattle. At that time, I was told that there was no problem with the mirror.

I appreciate that being an older woman. Biggest thing is that I trust the folks there to be honest about what service/s my car needs. They have never been pushy - always simply let me know what the options are - and what priority the service/s should be viewed in. Sometimes its just an oil change and sometimes there are other maintenance things to be done. As long as this continues to be my experience, I'll definitely continue to take my car there.
