They replaced the recalled fuel pump , told me it would tke 3 hours , it took hours longer. Then told me my 6 year old truck needed a major very expensive repair. 6 years old?? It will be my first and last Honda .

The service I scheduled was for their advertised oil, filter and tire rotation. The tire rotation is only if they feel the car needs it. So I had to point out the tire rotation was part of the advertised price and had to insist it get done. Then to top it all off Burlington Honda charges an extra 3 percent to use a credit card to pay for the service . I hope that 3% was worth losing a long time customer. I won't go back.

The sales women was polite and friendly. Bought it on Sunday and couldn't pick it up till Tuesday. We were promised to have the car detailed tank full of gas. I'm a few minor things fixed. The minor things were fixed. The gas was not even half full and the car did not get detailed.

Professional service department; we had just recently purchased this vehicle and added the extended warranty. It was a unique error message; one that occurred while we were driving (and scared us) but Honda's service department couldn't replicate. They didn't charge us (though the could have) and my wife and I appreciate that.

Went if for a recall notice and an oil change. They told me it could be a couple or three hours but they were done in 45 minutes. I hardly had time to get comfortable in their nice waiting room. I am always pleased when working with Honda of Burlington Service Department.

Always a good experience. They explain what they are going to do or look at, about how much time, send a text where I can check the progress and after, show me all the details of how my service sent, if there are any concerns, etc. Love these folks!

Called for appointment got right in. They fit it to our schedule and made it easy. All the work seems to have been done as required. I am confused when they say free oil service for 1st 24,000 but they won't schedule you until maintenance light comes on and that's not until 29000 miles!

The service was fine. I'm content with it. I would like to comment; I don't care for at all the building renovation that was done. The outside appearance looks quite well, however the interior of the Service Department and waiting area is like walking into a hospital. Cold and all white. There is no comfort or ambience to it at all. The kiosks look like IKEA. What was before was a much better and more hospitable atmosphere.

Failed to tell us the car would smell like gasoline on the inside for several days. I thought we had a problem with the work done on the fuel pump or the techs had tracked fluids into the car. When I called to ask what was going on they were unapologetic about it.

I like all things Honda of Burlington. They provide options if you want to wait or if you don't want to wait while your car gets serviced. Very professional from beginning to end, no guess work just options as far as what you want to proceed with. All questions are answered and easily understood. I've never felt rushed, put on the spot or unclear about any decisions I needed to make. I highly recommend Honda of Burlington.

Easy to still talk to a scheduler and discuss your issues and the costs of services about to be rendered. Loved the timely coupon worth a hundred dollars on a major 50000-mile service. Car was offered but I declined. Everything went as planned and I picked my car up after a friendly text. The service personnel were very helpful and professional. Highly recommend Honda of Burlington.
