I liked that I was able to get an appointment quickly and Holman provided a Lyft ride back and forth to my office however, I asked for a recall item to be fixed and the "Works" service. The recall was not completed and I don't think they rotated the tires. I'm planning on going back to Winner Ford.

The mechanic determined a major problem that I would've have never have known until the car broke down on the highway requiring a tow. The timing chain cover was leaking oil all over the undercarriage. Thanks to the mechanic for finding and preventing a bigger problem!
