They are very nice people and the waiting area is best. The offer free coffee and snacks. However I was there for 2 hours waiting and they didn't tell me I had to speak with someone so my car just sat there. I had to ask how much longer only to find out I had to speak with someone first and they were the ones who drove the car into the service area. They get a 3 star from me

Tried to charge me $1900 for two headlights by telling me it was the entire light assembly and not covered by warranty. Also charged me $249 for diagnoses fee. Took car to a local mechanic who replaced both lighbulbs for $40. Clearly deceived by dealership. Returned to dealership to confront them only to get some BS. As a woman, I was clearly deceived and lied to. Will file complaint with consumer affairs and contact local media to do a consumer segment so others are not scammed as well.
