They seemed over booked, I don't believe they did it at the Ford garage, I think they did it across the street at the quick lube and they do not show the tire rotation on the carfax.report even though I paid 49.99 for it. Not real impressed, I always had good luck when Jenny took care of us but this time I was helped by yellow team.
