This was the worst experience on t of the 13 years I have been coming for service! I work hard to keep my interior clean! My carpet had oil a the mat and it took 2 hours to get an oil change! I had to find someone to get thee status of my carpet. Horrible. Do better.

Made appointment to get oil change and nitro fill on tires. Waited 2 1/2 hours for service to be completed and car returned. Very long time for oil change. Even after long wait when I drove off checked tire pressure and all four tires were still low on pressure. Have had can in for service 5 times with nitro fill to be done each time. 3 out of five times it was not done. Not a good look for service department.
