To call this service is a joke! I give it no stars. Over 3 hours every time I take my Infinite in for oil change and tire rotation. Total lack of interest in service from service manager down. I just had my final visit. Oh, and overcharged!!! I cannot believe Herrin Gear puts their name on this .

This was the worst experience on t of the 13 years I have been coming for service! I work hard to keep my interior clean! My carpet had oil a the mat and it took 2 hours to get an oil change! I had to find someone to get thee status of my carpet. Horrible. Do better.
