Did everything except what I sled for . Si my car came away with the same problem that I'd taken it in for. Like they said steering suspension checked. Well they charged me two thousand dollars so everything about the steering suspension should have been changed. I will definitely have to do a follow up asap.

Herb Gordon Subaru service department did an excellent job of doing a multipoint inspection, changing the oil, replacing air filter, rotating the tires, and even washed the car - all while I waited in their "quiet" room, with access to fresh coffee. I never take my 2017 Subaru anywhere else!

I was very pleased with the support Luis gave me in making sure my car was repaired after my accident. He explained the issues with my car and what needed to be done to repair it. he also dealt with the insurance company making sure that all of the repairs were covered. The insurance company did not initially cover all of the repairs. Luis spoke with them and all issues were resolved.

I love the fact that I can drive in at 9:00 in the morning & be attended to so quickly. Also I enjoy being able to go to a waiting area where there's no TV. The service people kept me appraised of anything other than the oil change & tire rotation for which I brought in the car. After just about 90 minutes, everything was done & I was out the door.

Excellent service. All was completed. There was something that I did not put on the display. The display flashes yellow lines and sounds several beeps when crossing lanes. Very anoying. I will take the Forester in to Herb Gordon to have it removed.

I brought my car in for its 60000-mile service & also bought new tires. I was given a loaner for the day, which I didn't even have to request. I had to wait a bit for it because it was a new vehicle but not a problem. The only thing is that the cost was a bit high but I guess that's to be expected at a dealership.
