BMW service is in a class its own. You get treated with the same white gloves that you expect because you own a BMW. You sit down with a BMW consultant and discuss the work that needs to be done. If one thing is too expensive they give you no pressure to have it done. You decide. Then you sit and wait while the car is serviced. After they service the car it is automatically washed.

There isn't enough space here to express my anger toward Bay Shore BMW. To keep it concise, I brought my car in for service, had them evaluate the car and they came back to me with a $15,000 Quote. I brought the car to another BMW dealership and they quoted me just over $7,000 for the same plus more work. BMW Bayshore is price gouging in my opinion.

It took a day and half for a simple repair that they tried to charge me double the price from a quote I got the week before I came in. They cant be trusted and are a necessary evil to maintain your vehicle. They have no pride in their products since repairs that you would never expect have to be made on expensive cars with low mileage are routinely said to be necessary.

While my oil was being cabbages I had them get the buckle out form the u set the rat in the 2nd row & it doesnt even click so I have to go back again. They were also supposed to fix the trunk that never opened & closed from day one AND they have yet to call me back in for new part to fix the trunk -I was told the part was on order & now its maybe a month later I dont have time to go back & forth while juggle 5 kids & a busy schedule
