The technicians performed the service as requested and my car was delivered on time. I also received a follow up call from Andrew to check and make sure everything was good with my vehicle. This is great customer service.

The work was great EXCEPT... a week later I got a low tire pressure alert which was weird since you were supposed to check the air.
I went to fill up my low tire and noticed that 3 out of 4 original metal tire caps were replaced with the standard black rubber ones.
These tires are over $400 each.
I show my car and now it looks like "not right"

Very nice service. Andrew Was a nice guy and gave me some suggestions about the maintenance. The service was fast, and they took care of the recall without me asking for it. They didn't extra charge anything, just the price they had in the price menu.

The customer contact at drop off was poor. I stood beside my car waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. Not even a "hello" from people walking near me. After that point, things did improve. The communication during my service was good. And I appreciated the courtesy rides to and from my workplace.

Did the valet service and got a call from the dealership that the there are no drivers available to return the car. Then, they found someone and the driver didn't arrive until 6:15pm in the evening. I had to wait till then to go to home from work.
Regarding the service, they also didn't do all the work I was promised

We just bought this car and after inspection, it is clear that none of the filters (engine or cabin) have been changed. We had a bad botched sales experience from Gwinnett Place Ford and now based on this, we also know we will never use them to service our vehicle. It's a shame what Dealers are trying to get away with these days to cut costs at the expense of their customers.

The service was supposed to include a tire rotation, but when I got my vehicle back, tire rotation was not list on the invoice as one of the services performed. The service advisor informed me it was done; however, I feel uneasy because I'm not sure if it was performed or not, as the tech did not note it on the ticket.

I took my car in for a ford recall. I had received a letter from ford saying the parts were now available. However, the dealership said they did not have the part and my visit was only for a technician to see what was needed apparently. That was August 7, I have yet to hear back from them. I spent 2 and a half hours waiting for that!

Horrible communication. They would promise to call back in a certain range and would not. For this 4 year old vehicle, they could not secure the necessary failed part and we were without the vehicle for weeks. They will not follow through with the promise to pay for the rental car we finally got them to agree to.

I recently had my car in for some repairs and my representative Cedric was so helpful in suggesting what was best and a timely manner to have the work done. Even when a part did not come on the same day he arranged the shuttle service with the kind and courteous driver to pick me up from work when the car was completed. Gwinnett Ford used to take pride in the service they provided to their customers. Now, they lie to their customers, and their service sucks. They mislead you and do not conduct business ethically or with integrity. Our Ford Explorer is still experiencing the same issues that we paid them to service and resolve.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but they are understaffed in the shop so it took them almost a week to get to my car for a repair the only took a couple of hours. If they car get their staffing level up it will become a very good place to take your vehicle.

I have gone to Gwinnett place mall tree times about my brakes on on my truck I had new drums and brakes put on back in March less than six months they were squeaking and I took them back three times and they still couldnt solved the problem and these are technicians getting paid all of this money for what. I have tried to get in contact with the service manager. They did not call back ,Ford you need to get your act together.
