The crew was great. I appreciated the ride home so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I was disappointed in the condition of the car at pick up. There was grease and dirt on the inside of the car. (I had just had it detailed.) My service tech immediately cleaned the dirty areas when I brought it to his attention. I feel this should be done regularly when service is complete.

Went in with a coupon for "the works" (oil and filter change, fluids check, etc... Arrived at 11:50 for a 12 appointment. By 2 they were just pulling it in. Couple minutes later tell me engine seized up. Was fine when I arrived. Had it towed to another local independent shop that said engine wasn't seized up but that timing belt broke. Will never go back to that dealership.

Bad customer service, rude and did not care about the clients or the service they are giving, thinking even to change my dealer service, i bought the truck at gwinnett place ford but really dont like the service they give. lack of responsability, lack of professionalism. everything was bad, even the answers. but yes don't recommend this dealership at all. poor service.

Cedric & Maria have been the most helpful people ever. When Subaru scammed me Ford stepped up and have since gone above and beyond to try and help me get back in my vehicle. I am talking literal hours spent attempting to help me get the paperwork figured out so the warranty company can maybe assist.
