Phillip is a very good advisor. The location is not great. Lots of traffic going in and out of the service bays. Overall service is much better than it use to be. Like a year and back.

Check engine and another warning light came on during a trip. I was expecting a major expense to correct the problem, but the technician concluded the warning lights were the result of a bad gasoline fillup at the beach (the car initially wouldn't start after the fillup, and later the warning lights popped up). The service writer reduced the price of the diagnostic labor charge and the car was fixed quickly.

When my boyfriend saw the amount of money I was being charged for the services he was shocked. He also said things were being flagged as "needing immediate attention", that needed no attention at all. He recommended that I change car shops, as he believes I am being scammed here. This is very disappointing considering I have been a loyal customer ever since I first bought this car from them.

Had accident. took car in for repairs. they lost the car for about 4 days. they had the car for 17 days and had NOT started on the body repairs. My insurance covered 30 days car rental. That ended today and it is costing me 40+ dollars a day for ME to rent a car till mine gets fixed.

This was by far the best experience I've had at any dealer/service department. The service agent and technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Expectations on wait times and work to be completed were set out clearly. As busy as they were, they managed to get me in and out in a few hours for an alternator replacement. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

If your vehicle is running well, it is a good idea to go to the dealer at least once a year because you can get all the recommended fixes and then take your time/ set your plan on getting it done as dealers are way pricier than other shops. Coffee/donuts (breakfast) are usually provided I was given a shuttle ride "to" but they failed to pick me up ( took an Uber back) and they didn't wash the car ( no more courtesy washes?)

I really like my service rep Jarod Jobes. He was very sweet and gave me information about my car. He made sure things were done quickly since I was at lunch. He's the reason I would go back to this location bc I've had bad experiences and the manager was horrible and didn't care about anyone or even cared to make sure that Toyota customers are taken care of and respected.

The worst experience I have ever had with a service. I will never do business with Toyota of North Austin. They returned my car filthy on the outside and inside with a thick layer of dust and dirt. No communiction from then for the 2 months they had my Tacoma for a recall. Avoid this place.

I took my car for an oil and filter change. The mechanic videoed his review of the recommended repairs and sent them to me for my approval. I was able to talk with the service agent and confirm the work I wanted to do. In a couple of hours I went in to pick up my car. It was a pretty seamless task.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! I scheduled an oil change for a 10:00 a.m. service. I did not get out of there until 1:30. If this was how the quick oil change shops were run, they would be out of business. There is always chaos in the service dock area. When they finally text or call that your vehicle is ready, get ready to spend another 20 minutes waiting to get it.

Took Venza in for 95K service. Car was returned that evening as expected. It took an hour or so to notice one of the headlights was out. I'm not convinced it died during that hour. More likely it was out when I turned the car in for service. What I'm unhappy about is that this was apparantly not checked by the dealer. SO now I have to take back in for servicing the headlight. 2 service trips instead of one.

The service person was helpful, but the problem was not fully fixed. When we originally got the car, the Bluetooth feature worked flawlessly with all the applications on our phones, but now they only work partially we had to read the manual about a feature that allows hands-free responses to text messaging Yet that does not work anymore even after the update they did

Shady experience overall. Between the finance manager and the purchase of the vehicle. They sold me a vehicle with multiple screws in the tires and the tires were cracked and worn out. I ended up having to buy new tires the next day after buying the vehicle because discount tire wouldn't repair because of all the nails.

Oil Change at $9.99 What an amazing price!!!! But the real question is, Did Toyota of North Austin "REALLY" did the oil change because there is camera or windows to watch the technician do the job. Still trying to have a "little" fate that they actually do the job.
