I was very pleased at how my service rep, Michael, really worked with me with kindness and professionalism. I might also add that the coffee in the waiting room was much better than expected. All together, a much more pleasant experience than I expected.

Was not kept informed/updated about the status of my car. I went there for an oil change and it took almost 3 hours even with an appointment. The service representative, Nikati Luckey, was very rude and dismissive when I spoke with him. I'll bring my cat elsewhere in the future., this place has went down ever since the owners changed.

Long wait times..I went in for oil change and had to wait for 15 minutes in car before someone came to me and then 20 minutes more in the car till someone came and took it for service and then 50 minutes more for the actual service. Total time for oil change is 1 hours 25 minutes. Not a smile on anyone's faces. Expect long wait times and poor customer service

They sent me the email for $9.99 oil change for my car. Valid for VIN ending in JS550010 only. When I presented the coupon to the adviser, he said the coupon is only for conventional oil and my car is using synthetic oil. "Valid for VIN ending JS550010". What a scam! Next time, maybe they will offer free conventional oil change for cars using synthetic oil.

Overall service was good. However, the deodorizer used is terrible. The lingering fumes are awful. I would highly recommend you make a point to give customers a choice. Someone with a severe allergy to perfume like scents could have a deadly reaction. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the smell?

The work on the car and the customer service were great as always. However, the time I had to wait in order for my car to get fixed was terrible. I arrived at 9:00 early in order to have the car completed in a timely manner. However, I did not leave until 3:00 in the afternoon. My entire day was gone. Otherwise though, it was a good service as usual, but I think I'll go somewhere a little faster next time.

Staff friendly...explained everything. Liked the discount on the work. Loked the referral to Enterprise and free loaner. However, Enterprise staff was not friendly. Did not like waiting 50 minutes after I had paid and told the van was being brought up. Fortunately I was picking up a dog rather than a child so I could be late.

Went in with an appointment and was told the service would take 2 hours. After waiting the full time, they suddenly added unnecessary services totaling $2,890 and said it would take another 2 hours. Felt pressured into extra work and the wait was poorly managed. Also, there's no proper customer loungejust a shared space with employees. Very disappointing experience

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, which I was quoted at $29. When I arrived, however, I was informed that there was no such service available. I showed the associate a picture and the email confirmation of the offer, but he did not honor it. Additionally, the oil change, which typically takes 15 to 30 minutes everywhere else, took almost 3 hours. Not a great experience at all.

Thanks for letting me stagger some of the extras offered when coming in for service. Service manager, Lucky, gave me detailed information and let me make the decisions. When it comes to replacing tires I prefer to do them by pairs rather than one at a time. Lucky understood that and we agreed the tire still had enough tread for a few more miles. I will monitor it between now and the next service.

Set a 7:15am appointment for an oil change, most other places average time has been 15 to 30 minutes. Arrived at opening at 7 am. It took them over 2 hours (2hours&18minutes to be exact) for an oil change only with an appointment. It is disheartening that they have so little respect for their appointment calander and their customers time.

I have been bringing 3 Highlanders for service here for almost 20 years. In the last year or 2 service has significantly declined. On 1/16/26 I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change and emissions test. I took just over 4 hours. They agreed to the appointment time, they could have told me it would take 4 hours. There are reasons for being backed up, but there are no reasons for failing to make me waste my time.

This advisor unnecessarily pushes dealer service items and even when you question it they say it's "Toyota Manufacture recommended". This is annoying and Toyota needs to put a stop to this practice. Have a clearly marked Manufacturer Recommended and Dealer Recommended. Some dealers do this some do NOT and depending on who brings in the vehicular for service they are only looking to squeeze that person.

I took my car in and they didn't want to process the tire warranty claim; they wanted me to pay and file the claim myself. They kept the car for 5 days and didn't fix the problem.I had to pay for a tow truck and take my car to another dealer where they solved the problem in 2 hour Autonation Toyota South Austin the best.

I paid for a 50k mile maintenance service and my car was returned without the coolant being refilled. I was aware that it was below the "low" line before I brought it in, but I didn't say anything assuming they would notice since that was part of the paid service.

They did record the milage correctly. Placed more than 10k miles in the servuce record. They did nit replace the battery... They only thing that they were asked to do was the multipoint insoection and ouls and ooil filter replacement. I wiuld not deal at all with the service asesor...the Worst.

Super service representative. 14 point inspection for oil change. Thorough explanation of all services on receipt. Short wait time. Clean attractive, waiting area with many amenities: coffee service with multiple selections and donuts. Extremely clean bathrooms.

The experience at this dealer below my expectations when I compared to my current Toyota dealer. Not a friendly environmental and the communication could be improved. I was not informed of what was going on or what they would do. Supposedly I had a 5K mile service done but my papers did not provide with enough detail to know what was actually done. Likely I will go back to my old Toyota dealer for future service.

The service rep was very knowledgeable and he was very helpful in making sure my car got fixed correctly and very quickly. He was able to offer me a rental car while my car was being serviced and that was extremely helpful. He kept me informed on items that needed attention and those items that could wait a while. I was very satisfied with my experience.
