The service advisor never came to speak with me about the recommended repairs or provide me updates on the wait time. I had to go ask for him. He lost my service book and it took nearly an hour to find it. I will not ever schedule with him again. I heard other service advisors offering discounts and I got none of that either. Highly disappointed.

They are very good at what they do but the pricing for certain repairs needs some work. They quoted me $425 for drive belt tensioner replacement. I watched a YouTube video and replaced it in ~40min. The part cost me $120. I am not saying my work and the part compare but it should not quadruple the cost.

Came in for two safety recalls. One for the main power window switch and other for tpms. Left the dealership with a recommendation to pay for service of the tpms light!? The recall was to fix this but dealership didn't do the job.

During our inspection, our certified technician identified diagnostic trouble codes and, more importantly, found metal debris ("glitter") present in the transmission fluid. This is a critical indicator of internal transmission failure, and this condition was documented and shared with you through the inspection video provided at the time of your visit. Per Toyota's repair guidelines, when internal transmission damage is confirmed, the approved and recommended repair is replacement of the transmission assembly.
