Typical car dealership. They sell you a car and charge a bunch of fees and have customers sign quickly before they even notice the fees! Then when theres a problem with you car, they forget who you are!

Service manager Mike did an excellent job. Service appt was difficult to arrange, but then a woman with quality care was terrific and worked me in, forgot her name. Half the time a service rep never answered the phone.

I disliked the entire experience! The showroom was under complete renovation and the metal trailer for waiting smelled like gas/ sewage. No video of service was sent. The car was not washed( as previously done). The bill was expensive and I was asked to pay cash or a credit card surcharge would be applied. I will not be returning for service nor for purchase of new car!

I had an appointment for service at 1:15 PM and I was helped after a few minutes of waiting. My service advisor was out so I was helped by a different advisor. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands and was being taken care of properly. I have a 2018 CX-5 which I purchased from this dealership. I've never taken it anywhere else for service. Very satisfied with this dealership.

(1) The job was "rear breaks". (2) When I booked the appointment the estimated time for the job, I was told was 1.50 hrs.. When I brought the car in I was told that the estimated time was 1:45 hrs. The actual time for the completion of the work was 2:10 hrs!!! (3). Everything else was to my entire satisfaction. It was easy and pleasant to deal with Mike Neil

Efficient and thorough service for a 20,000-mile checkup. The technicians provide a short video presentation to show what was done and the status of the vehicle. The service department also does a follow-up check to make sure everything was done to the customer's satisfaction.

No stars! Annie is great. I had an appt at 10:20 am. I finally left without getting the brake job as I was there 5 HOURS!!' And they had not even looked at my car!!! 5 HOURS!!!!!!!! What's the point of having an appt??? I was told when I made the appt 2 hours, I scheduled myself for 3 hours. I was offered a car but refused as I would have to bring it back. Horrible experience!!!

Service was great. Greico has a problem giving clear written explanations of the work preformed on the paperwork given after the service. My paperwork shows that I refused brake service when, in fact, I had full brake service, front and back. I did not refuse any service which was suggested.

Though this particular warranty service was ok. They replaced dead battery on leased vehicle, I have had several poor services with my 2002 Miata, Mazda 6 and Mazda CX5. All concerns were documented with Annie ny service advisor. I also had poor experience at Southern Palms Mazda. Unfortunately there is no reason to use dealership services except for warranty service. I love Mazda products but not their service.
