My car,after 1hr 20min was sitting in front of customer trailer. No service people knew why and my car had not been worked on. So head of dept took it and did what needed to be done in 15 min. Interesting. My car when I got in it had 3 miles more on it from when brought it in. Sharon Sittig

I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time. I immediately met with my service advisor and we went over what was needed on this visit. I then went to their waiting room, treated myself to a hot chocolate, and waited a reasonable amount of time for my car to be finished. The service advisor updated me while the service was being performed.

Service is always amazing and I feel that the employees genuinely care about giving you the best service and are accommodating. Quality of work feels well and I like the transparency of showing you through a video link what's wrong with your vehicle directly from the shop. Price wise I think it could be better.

The work was done in a satisfactory manner. However, I had a 60,000 mile service last October, but they refuse to acknowledge that it was performed (I have the receipt with the information and the amount spent) and want to charge me again to have it done.

That was the worst decision i made in my life by buying this car. The car mileage is wrong. i had been expense with Grieco services since i bought this car. it's one after the other. The worst of everything the warranted i bought from them not covered anything's. i regret to buy this car which i expense so much money.

Appointment was on time, charges were explained before the work was done. On the downside, making the appointment with the service department was less than satisfactory. I understand they are going through a major renovation, but someone needs to answer the phone.

Nice staff, but too much time taken for routine service. I also have a standing order not to charge me for a cabin filter change, but it was done anyway. I purchase and change the cabin filter when necessary by myself and don't like to pay the inflated pricing by service departments. I will remind the service department again not to replace the cabin filter in the future.

I disliked the entire experience! The showroom was under complete renovation and the metal trailer for waiting smelled like gas/ sewage. No video of service was sent. The car was not washed( as previously done). The bill was expensive and I was asked to pay cash or a credit card surcharge would be applied. I will not be returning for service nor for purchase of new car!

I had an appointment for service at 1:15 PM and I was helped after a few minutes of waiting. My service advisor was out so I was helped by a different advisor. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands and was being taken care of properly. I have a 2018 CX-5 which I purchased from this dealership. I've never taken it anywhere else for service. Very satisfied with this dealership.

(1) The job was "rear breaks". (2) When I booked the appointment the estimated time for the job, I was told was 1.50 hrs.. When I brought the car in I was told that the estimated time was 1:45 hrs. Efficient and thorough service for a 20,000-mile checkup. The technicians provide a short video presentation to show what was done and the status of the vehicle. The service department also does a follow-up check to make sure everything was done to the customer's satisfaction.
