I took my car in and 8:00 a.m. and was told it would take a couple of hours at 4:00 p.m. I was told my car will be ready in a few minutes. 4:45 p.m. just told it would not be ready til the next day. They denied me a loaner and offered to drop me off at home. I had wasted an entire day, when I had a ton of errands to run to prepare for work the next day. They eventually agreed to a loaner and agreed to drop my car off and pick up the loaner. The next morning they woke me up trying to get me to buy a car! They offered to buy my "current car" and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to trade in my Sentra. I advised them I hadn't had the Sentra in over 5 years! I bought my new car from them! It was just bad all the way around.

I have a 4x4 truck and it has a skid plate that has to be removed before changing the oil. On two different oil changes I have I've had to go back to the dealership to tighten the bolts or replace the bolts in the skid plate. If I can't trust them to do the simple things how do I know if they are putting enough oil in the truck or tightening the oil filter back up. One thing going for greenway Nissan is that they have two great service advisors but that don't help the mechanic doing the work
