The service manager was rude, dismissive, and was completely unprofessional. My car was ready for quite a while and was just parked in the parking lot. I spent over 2 hours waiting. I had to ask her if my car was ready. After discovering that it was, she was rude and dismissive as if customer service was a bonus feature that needed to be billed for.

Had oil leak from last oil change, mechanic said it was residual oil, although I was a quart low after a week. No response when I emailed the desk person to offer to leave the car overnight. Disappointed. Will be looking for a different place to service my car.

Poor communication from service rep.The service person did not explain what needed to be done correctly.. I. found myself asking and challenging the need of four new tires. To find out I could get another 10k miles on the tires before replacing. I went to another service garage after leaving to verify my needs for the new tires.
