James in Service is THE BEST. He is very busy, yet calm, kind, and knowledgeable.
I leased a 2023 Buick encore from another Buick dealer, moved, then went to Greenbrook for service. My vehicle was/is having multiple engine problems; every week or two that engine light came on and I was very upset at this NEW vehicle (around 20,000 miles). James was the one who remained calm and help me to calm down. I swore I would never drive another Buick again. James introduced me to Nate in sales. Nate is easy-going, patient, very nice and leased me another 2025 Buick. Nate really loves Buick and told me how he, his wife and his daughters drive a Buick. I agreed to another 39-month Lease because it got me out of this vehicle that constantly has engine and electrical issues, and I knew that I would be seeing James for service.

It took two months to have the service completed. I believe the advisor forgot to order the part twice: first time was when we scheduled the appt at which time they didn't have in stock so they had to order. The second was when we called three weeks later and it was allegedly on back order. Then we called again and they magically found one but belonging to another customer (he actually said that) but said we could have the part. It's a shady operation and I don't recommend.
