Their communication and follow up are terrible. The service writer James dropped the ball multiple times resulting in multiple day delays in getting approval from the warranty department, then went out sick.
Numerous calls to them to find this out and that no other service writer could take control of the situation and resolve it, they claimed he was working from home and was handling everything.
This is unfair to the employees and the customers. GMC Green Brook Mgmt should consider their policy and workflow; it may need some revision.
