My experience has always been satisfactory at this location.
But this time when I got my oil changed in going thru my menu button in my car to check the percentage it said that the oil level was 22% I took the car in at 23% I called the main line on a Sunday No one called me back today is Wednesday. I went back to the dealership and One of the advisors said the person that changed the oil forgot to reset the percentage. This trip back to the dealership was very inconvenient for me on a Monday morning. One of the advisors came outside and reset the percentage. Paying attention to details is most important.

The rep was really nice but as always the service is below par. that place is rated really low but it is always pack.
Last year, I paid ~100 for a part replacement. Every time I called to check on the order I was told it wasn't in yet. Supposedly someone registered it as picked up even though it was never install. I think they did it on purpose instead of crediting my card. So they kept my money even though I nee received the part.
They try to charge me close to $300 to replace cabin and air filter that cost $30 on Amazon. That's not a Green-brook problem it is the cost of servicing your car at a dealership.

James in Service is THE BEST. He is very busy, yet calm, kind, and knowledgeable.
I leased a 2023 Buick encore from another Buick dealer, moved, then went to Greenbrook for service. My vehicle was/is having multiple engine problems; every week or two that engine light came on and I was very upset at this NEW vehicle (around 20,000 miles). James was the one who remained calm and help me to calm down. I swore I would never drive another Buick again. James introduced me to Nate in sales. Nate is easy-going, patient, very nice and leased me another 2025 Buick. Nate really loves Buick and told me how he, his wife and his daughters drive a Buick. I agreed to another 39-month Lease because it got me out of this vehicle that constantly has engine and electrical issues, and I knew that I would be seeing James for service.
