Loosing tire pressure - filled multiple times, no resolution.
Stopped in to see if they could check out the issue, did not have an appointment. Service person checked, came back and told me they could check out the tires, would be about 30 minutes. No holes in tire, automatic gauge indicator check and re-calibrated.
No charge, No issues since.

Nicholas the service rep was great! I didn't have an appointment and he made me feel welcomed He heard my concerns and ensured the tech people checked everything. Waited for an oil change for 3 hours. They do not require masks so felt completely unsafe sitting in a small room with many people, all who were unmasked. Had to sit outside where there was no shade for 3 hours, sweating and waiting for my car to be done at 7 weeks pregnant and extremely nauseous and sick. Terrible experience. Will never be back.
