I bought my car in for a rubbing, grinding sensation when turning at slow speeds after the car was warm. The dealer diagnosed this as a problem with the brakes. We replaced all rotors and pads--an expensive job. The next time the car was driven until it was warm the grinding, rubbing sensation returned. They did not fix the problem, but they were happy to take my money.

Only my 2nd visit and much better than the first. Went in for oil change. Prompt check-in with Veronica, quick service. Car is coming up on 5 year mark and was advised on the essential items that should be done if I couldn't afford the entire schedule of items in one visit. Appreciated also that my car mats had been cleaned. Looked like new. Everyone polite and friendly.

Oil changed in 1 hour with multipoint inspection and car wash.
I'm a bit worried about the quality of such hyper-fast maintenance, but everything seems to be OK.
They also replaced one panel inside of the car that was cratched by their employee during the previous visit - that's a good point of how they work with clients.

Great service and friendly staff. Some concern they could be exaggerating / suggesting repairs too early. I had new rear brakes done at another shop just 4 months ago (so Subaru didnt know). I barely drive, and the technician rated them 4/6, needing attention soon. Id get a second opinion if theyre recommending repairs that seem premature.

I was in to have my oil changed. I was greeted right away and introduced to a service rep., Steven. He was very efficient. I was unaware of the dealerships' cook outs on Saturday was a good surprise! My wife and I were able to have lunch while we waited until the service was done. Everything was great!

I had the 60k major service done and everything went well for the most part. They did however change the wiper blades without asking me, and of course charged WAY over what I could've gotten them for at Autozone. Not a huge deal, but honesty goes a LONG way! Why not just ask first?

Work was completed correctly, but it took longer than I expected.
The person who scheduled my service appointment did not communicate the need for the appropriate tool (software) to perform the work. I had to wait for the software to be downloaded from the Subaru service server (over 1 hour)

Great first impression. Was able to pull right in and talked to a rep to have the issue reviewed.
They replaced a tire and plugged another due to nails.
Then had a quote of $2500 drawn up for services performed at another dealership. Make sure you have a second opinion before paying for any maintenance.

Great, helpful customer service that respected the knowledge I had of the vehicle and its known issues. Probably could've done the cabin filter myself, and they maybe only aligned the one wheel that was a little out, but after the lengths they went to help w/ the AC, I'll be going back.
