Third time I used an "offer" coupon and it wasn't taken off, so I had to go back to cashier. Shame on me for not reviewing my invoice before paying - but c'mon. Have gotten calls saying my say lights are not working then wanted to charge me a $150+ diagnostic fee!

All staff were very kind and accommodating. Car was done in a reasonable time and I was so thankful to be able to get a loaner. They did recommend more services than had originally came in for, but there was no pressure or push to get them when I ultimately denied the extra services. Although the Naperville Subaru is closer to me, I may start coming here for the service, the loaner option and more available appointments.

Was really happy Grand Subaru was able to pick up and drop off my car from my house free of charge. The convenience was amazing, and I had a service that I originally expected 3 hours ended up overnight, so was very helpful. The actual service performed was very good- 60K oil change, plugs, trash fluid, and tires. Price was competitive too (I almost never use a dealer for service and check prices).

I had a great experience at the Grand Subaru service center! Everyone was super helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They kept me updated on my car's progress and even gave it a quick wash before returning it. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer care!

Elmhurst is always a great location and has a really good service team. The young man that greeted me upon arrival was very polite and attentive. The service member that checked me in could have done better to address me when my vehicle was finished, but that can be worked on. It would be nicer to walk up to me to get my attention instead of calling out my name and disappearing to the cashier desk to talk with them.

A little upselling, but still fantastic service. The waiting room is spartan at best, but, clean and the do offer coffee, water and snacks. I bring my car here for Oil changes and certain Subaru service.
