Elmhurst is always a great location and has a really good service team. The young man that greeted me upon arrival was very polite and attentive. The service member that checked me in could have done better to address me when my vehicle was finished, but that can be worked on. It would be nicer to walk up to me to get my attention instead of calling out my name and disappearing to the cashier desk to talk with them.

The dealership and staff are phenomenal! Very friendly, honest and courteous. Pricing is very good, had a number of services done and they were well below any quick lube or service station pricing. I bought my car in for a rubbing, grinding sensation when turning at slow speeds after the car was warm. The dealer diagnosed this as a problem with the brakes. We replaced all rotors and pads--an expensive job. The next time the car was driven until it was warm the grinding, rubbing sensation returned. They did not fix the problem, but they were happy to take my money.
