There is an issue under the car making a noise and we know what it is. Told them about it but the issue was not addressed or fixed. They only did oil change that took almost 2 hours. Not happy with this service department at all.

They refused to plug the slow leak in my tire because they said it was too close to the side. Well, I went to a small tire repair place and he fixed it right up. There were two Nails in my tire and he fixed it for $10.

I understand that you are frustrated. But I instruct our team to NEVER compromise when it comes to safety....especially tires. We have a hard rule on patching when the hole is in a position that may not hold. I do know that smaller shops are willing to do that for you here in town, but we are not comfortable doing that for obvious reasons. I wish you didn't feel we deserve one star for this but I respect your opinion. Thank you.
