When I go to Glenn Polk I can always count on getting the best service for my vehicle. Eric my service advisor is a pleasure to work with. He keeps me informed of the status of my truck and lets me know if there are any services that my truck needs. I highly recommend Glenn Polk Autoplex

I always experience excellent service from Glenn Polk Autoplex. I am always kept up to date about my truck. I know if any problems arise then Eric will take care of them. You cannot ask or get better service than what you get at Glenn Polk Autoplex. They are number 10 in my book.

The man at Glenn Polk service department were incredible and very polite. My old changed in 20 minutes and I was back on the road. I would recommend the service department at Glenn Polk Autoplex in Gainesville Texas to anyone who is looking to get the vehicle fixed or serviced.

I was having trouble with my car overheating, the fluid was extremely low. so they checked for a leak, and found that that there was a leak in the radiator. So they ordered a new radiator and put it in. That fixed the problem. They were very courteous. I was able to use a loan car while mine was being fixed. The person (in the service department) who helped me, was Eric Lunde.

I had returned for the a backup camera problem for the 3rd time. The dealership was great but Chrysler required a computer software upgrade before the camera could be physically looked at. I had to come back a 4th time and after investigating the camera connection they found it was a hardware problem all along. It appears to be repaired now.

Oh goodness. I apologize on the behalf of Chrysler. Computer software upgrades are quite often a thorn in our sides, and don't always produce the results the customers are needing. Thank you for acknowledging that my team did their best and I hope it is all resolved now.

It was a very good experience. I made an appointment. They told me what it would take and how much it would cost. They did the work, and I think it was in less time then they said it would be. The problem went away, and it cost what they said it would. Eric was the one in charge, and he was very nice and courteous.

Service was terrible. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and I will let Chrysler and Mr. Polk know. They did nothing to my car and they had it for 4 days. They did not even change the oil that I requested. They get an F in my book.

Hello there, sorry to hear about the bad experience with the Service Department on our Dodge side. After trying to grasp what happened during your visit with the service advisor, I feel that the expectation wasn't set. I can definitely see where that can put a damper on your plans and what you have going on for the weekend. For that, I apologize. The Service Advisor didn't know if you wanted to wait for the oil change and how soon you would be back, therefore it was not done. It wasn't completed first just because it may have been a requirement after initial work had been completed and we definitely didn't want to have to do two oil changes when we could have done it once. I do see that you have been coming to our dealer since 2017. I appreciate your business and your trust in our facility to provide your service needs and I will have a group meeting to help lead my advisors to become better at setting the expectations on the drive before you leave your car. I definitely want you to continue your business with us in the future and I hope that your next visit will be a complete five start review. I hope that you will contact our service department and allow them the chance to better the service provided.

I was very pleased with the prompt service at Glenn Polk Autoplex. I'd brought my Ram truck in on another issue. The service rep came to where I waited and asked if I wanted this service performed in addition -- that it would only take another 15 minutes or less. He was right. Thank you!

Got home, Plug leaked, took back, leaked WORSE. Told replace oil pan. Owner offered to cover half or I could buy a new vehicle from him. Why would I give them anymore of my money when they caused the problem. Fixed with a $2.15 washer from NAPA. Not going back. I hear Ford side isn't too bad. This isn't the first thing they screwed up on my vehicles, but it is the last.

Glenn Polk has always been a great experience for me. I drive almost an hour there every time I need service done to my Durango . Incredible service from top to bottom. Outstanding customer service & they make everything so easy for you.i started going there because of my previous experience with another dealership less than 10 minutes away from me where I purchased my vehicle. My salesman left & I contacted him about another dealership which he recommended me to & I'm so thankful .
