Service was ok. I had an additional item done while in for service and in my opinion the $185 charge for a 15-20 minute task was a little excessive. The there were dirty foot prints in the floor mats and no maintenance reminder sticker in the windshield.

Thank you for this feedback. I have spoken with the service department. We are sorry about the footprints on the floor mats; that should not happen. Also, we apologize for the lack of an oil change sticker/reminder being placed on the windshield. Our oil change stickers/reminders had been ordered for some time; we were dealing with an out-of-stock issue at the time of your service appointment. We now have the stickers in stock. If you would like to come by at your convenience, we would be happy to install a sticker/reminder with the correct mileage and clean/ vacuum your floorboards. Thank you for your business, sir, and we apologize for our shortcomings.

I bought a 2022 Ram 3500 off of them with 50K miles it had some "recalls" so they kept it for 2 weeks from when I signed the papers and did major engine work to The truck and never told me the truck has sense been in the shop for 4 months out of the 9 I've owned in for different problems and they refuse to cover all the expenses that aren't under warranty when they didn't do their job before selling the vehicle

I received a recall card from Glenn Polk. Made an appointment for the recall service. Drove 60 miles for the service but when I got there, I was told they didn't have the part.

We apologize, but this one is as confusing to us as it is to you. The manufacturer is allowing customers to schedule their vehicle in for this repair even though the software needed to be installed is not actually available for certain models, and unfortunately, yours was one of those VIN numbers that can't be done just yet. Of course, Glenn Polk doesn't want our customers inconvenienced by driving over, and we wish this could have been completely avoided.
