Dislikes
1) gave discount coupon when I arrived but when it was time to pay discount wasn't given so he had to delete bill and reissue new one
2) I was asked if I wanted 5 point inspection which I understand is checking fluids but he told me that was another fee
3) was charged for a gasket which I don't think I should have to pay for
4) they offer a free car wash so after I paid I asked where my car was and was told it was being washed. 10 minutes later I was like where is my car and they had to go look and when he came back he said give us 10 minutes. I waited and waited and then said my car isn't in car wash area so he went and looked for it (mind you I cashed out at11:02) I was so frustrated I demanded my car without a car wash and this was at 11:30
