Was traveling from VA to TX on a Sunday, and had a front left tire blow out just as we got into Alabama and had to put on the spare. We continued on our journey and stayed the night in Baton Rouge for a scheduled stop. Not wanting to do the entire trip on the spare, I headed to the GMC dealership first thing in the morning. After waiting for my turn, I met Danny Williams, a service advisor, told him the story and he got me in right away. Unfortunatly, they had to wait for the tire to get there. Danny arranged a shuttle ride for me back to the hotel and I met a very nice man, Adrian, who took me back. Danny called when the truck was finished (the time he said it would be) and had the shuttle come back to the hotel to get me. The courtesy, kindness and promptness from Danny, Adrian, and the entire team at Gerry's Service Department was a breath of fresh air in a stressful situation for me and my wife. They allowed us to continue our journey without worry. A BIG THNK YOU TO DANNY, ADRIAN, and ALL AT GERRY GMC SERVICE CENTER. Much appreciated!
