Good selection, the associate (Duncan) helping me was knowledgeable, and the process of financing, title and registration, insurance proof, etc was very quick. If you're not sure what you want and you need to explore options, this is the place. If you know what you want and you are ready to purchase, this is the place. Total confusion! We came to test drive the cars. They already had someone test driving it and they bought it. They had so many sales people coming out at us. One gal was busy with another customer she was handling and she left that gal and ran out to tell us to wait for her. Several others came out. On gal drug us out where the car was parked. Then informed us it was sold. We will not be going back.

I was passing through the area when my transmission began causing me problems. I called their service department and they were waiting as soon as I drove in. They got me in and out within a couple of hours and were the friendliest, most knowledgable, and best GMC dealership I have ever been to. Haley was absolutely awesome and Ryan also assisted her to make sure that I got the best service possible.

Service included an oil change (free), tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement. Wait time was reasonable. I discovered on the way home the AC fan was making a noise, and I had to drive 50 miles one-way back to the dealership the next day to remove some trash from the filter housing. The service associate was apologetic, but did not offer any future discount/coupon.
