Im not happy that it took a week to get my drivers seats screws tightened and cost over $300. Thats unacceptable to me. I had to take your smaller loaner car out of town which also was not ideal. My car also has a scratch on it that it did not previously. After 6 years of getting my car serviced there, sad to say that I probably wont be coming back

Service attendant (Bob) lied to me as he manufactured issues with my vehicle to steal money from me for repairs that was not needed on my vehicle. This is a common practice with this service attendant. In addition the car wash I received was done poorly. They sprinkle water on the car and didn't wash it. Very displeased with the service I received.

Could not have gone better. I scheduled the old fashioned way via phone and was assisted by the scheduler regarding scope of service requested. Checkin went smoothly and without any delays. The all point check revealed trans fluid discoloring and subsequent service, also stretched accessory belt replacement. Good professional catches thanks. Top notch service.

a return trip as service technician did not perform complete multi-point inspection. of note, the battery was totally corroded to the point the vehicle would not start. there were also shop rags left under the hood along with covers that were left off. the return trip consisted of battery connectors being totally replaced. My service advisor was excellent and took care to resolve my issues the best way he could

Schedule service online does not note that certain services are only available on specific days or have a separate scheduling function. My advisor performed in an outstanding manner to get my requested services performed. It would be a great improvement to have requested services reviewed prior to customer arrival.

What is there to say? They changed oil, rotated my tires as requested. I pre- paid for VIP service when I purchased the vehicle.
A nice bonus is they wash your car for you and bring it to the front of the dealership. In addition, the do have a nice waiting g lounge.

Went in for a 50k service and received an oil change. I needed additional work and no one called to make recommdations about the work I needed. I received an email a day later with a list of items that should be addressed. Now I need to make another appointment. The customer outreach
was lacking on this visit which is not normal.

Always experience excellent service at INFINITI dealerships. They also have a great gauge on wait time and Im out of there by the expected time set. Drop off is super easy and my car looks great when its returned to me. The wash and vacuum is so helpful! I also get a good idea on what my car needs coming up for the next visit.

Service was great. Although the final price was a tad higher than the estimate, I was pleased with the work that was done. They get 5 stars because while returning to pick my car up there was a serious accident on 66 that was going to make me arrive just after closing. They stayed open long enough so I could pick my car up. I appreciated that very much.
