Didnt even know a break service was performed. So someone is lying. The dealership got my truck in and out quickly. Some of this is on FoMoCo (parts not being available) which is annoying. Having to take my truck in 4 times in a month and half is ridiculous. Parts not available, people ordering wrong parts, service writer is always on an early lunch break.

I still have the battery replace message keeps coming on every time I start the car. They did not reset that notice after they replaced the battery. And I dont know how to turn it off! I guess I have to take it back in & let them turn off that notice!

They kept my car for a month. Didnt give adequate feedback. I received it back with cracks on the side panel due to it being in extreme heat or someone couldve hit it. My car isnt smoking but I wished I would have went somewhere else and my summer would not have been ruined.

repair was done but service personnel had no idea what was being done when they finally figured it out they told me the repair price is 790 that included oil change the day i picked it up bill was 1500 i told him i was told 790 he came back a few minutes later and changed it to 790 and i did not get the oil change very unprofessional

Friendly Ford is the best Ford dealer in the USA. The sales experience is always great, but the service department is the absolute best on the planet. Have had not so good dealings at other Ford dealers, you know, the big mega-dealers, which is why I feel so blessed to have Friendly Ford as MY dealer. I'll never go anywhere else.

The people at the service department are very nice. Joshua who checked me in was very nice. My only complaint is every time I bring in my vehicle I have to inform them of our extended warranty. Why doesn't that information show up in the system? I feel I shouldn't have to remind the dealership everytime I drop the vehicle off and pick the vehicle up.

Service Manager said to bring car on evening of Dec.19 so they could do warranty work on the 20. On the 20th and 21st they said they couldn't find the problem. From the 22nd thru 25th they were closed. They worked on the car the 26 thru the 28th. We picked the car up on the 29th. It took 11days to get my car back.
