Ms. Winters reminded me that it was time to rotate my tires and that it would also help to limit the wear and tear. I live in Houston and my time is very valuable, so I really appreciated how quickly the work was done,my wait time was awesome.

This stealership is buying wrecked vehicles at auto auctions. The Carfax on a vehicle I was interested in reported no accidents on the vehicle. The photos of the vehicle showed obvious unrepaired damage on the right side of the vehicle. I went to the stealerships web site and found more wrecked vehicles with unrepaired damage.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP!!

There was a question of minor damage to a fender well flare on my f-150, Friendly Ford stepped up and resolved the issue as you would expect a top tier dealership to take care of and they did, and they are top tier. They were able to get us in quickly over holiday weekend. The service consultant Phyllis was excellent to work with. However, our check engine light came back on and it we were told the problem was fixed.

They did not fix the issue, have to take the truck back. Shop did a reset on one thing and made another function not work. Service advisor Martin is good however the shop struggles and seems unorganized.

Phillis Winters does a great job getting our car picked up and serviced. The mechanics need to clean their hands better before touching the car. Every time we get the car back there is grease around the door handles and hood.
