This was the most unprofessional service experience of my life. If I could leave a score of 0 stars I would. I was lied to and deceived from the time I dropped my truck off, there was 0 communication from Clay Feagins and his team leading to more confusion and frustration throughout the entire process. I had to follow up on everything myself and even then I had to pry information out of this place and most of it wasn't the truth. I would never return to this company for anything I don't care if they are giving trucks away. Triple thumbs down!!
