Service was 5 star and service writer AJ was top notch and kept me informed on my service stages and showed me details on printout and answered all my questions and was very professional and made me feel at ease and taken care of. He even told me about oil change specials that would be a benefit and save me money. And the service I got was perfect and will be back for next service and oil changes.

Ive only ever used this service center for my Jeep. I dropped it off just before 11a for a routine oil change and to have my brakes done. Five hours later, I went up there to check the status and hopefully pick it up. I was told that there was an issue (they admitted fault) and it wasnt suggested to stay to wait. After a total of 30 hours, my Jeep was finally ready with no apology or discount even offered.

Service people we're very rude. They called saying it was ready and when we went to pick up it was still on the rack and no one knew where the keys were at. Got no invoice on what they did and had to go back several days later. When asking the advisor questions he asked what was I "chasing" when I just wanted to know what exactly they did. Will Never come back.

Installed a B & W hide a way gooseneck hitch with in the bed connection. Very professional and quick install, even used stainless steel screws to minimize rust. Had that issue with my last new 2017 RAM 2500, did not that on this 2019 RAM 2500. Called around 5 other places and Hoyte was very competitive and I was assured it would be installed correctly with the new frame for this truck.

I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle. Sales guy said it was being serviced for an issue or two it would be available to see on a Thursday morning first thing. I called before going there and guy said another salesman sold it sight unseen to another person the night before. Sounds like another unethical car salesman. Had to take my car back because it was not align right. But they did fix it. But with all of the other problems with them we will not go back. They said they did a battery test on my car 3 different times but l got my car back after they had it for a 1 1/2 months and drove it for one day and the next day it wouldn't start. Finally found out my battery was dead.

Worst service ever! They wouldn't answer my calls or wouldn't call me back. They also hung up on me. It took over a month to fix the transtransmission. They also lied to me and said that they tore my transmission down and took pictures but they didn't. And they said they did an oil change but they didn't l still had a carquest oil filter on my car.

Arrived to dealership in the morning for an oil change and was told without an appointment the wait would be an hour and a half. To avoid a long wait I made an appointment for noon and arrived again later 10-15 minutes prior to appointment time. Despite making an appointment, I still had to wait an hour and half for my service. I live closer to the Sherman dealership, so wanted to use them to save time but I will return to Dodge City in McKinney for further services needed in the future.
