I had a dead battery, and had called AAA for a jump. Seeing that I was in a bind, the Service Tech admitted me 10 minutes after the Service Department closed, scheduled the batter change service for 8am the next morning, called Lyft to get me home, and completed the service on time and under warranty. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. They washed my car and had it waiting for me when I arrived the next morning.

Will, my service contact was great to work with. He listened to the issues I was having, along with other maintenance items I needed to be addressed. I was very impressed with the video the service tech sent me, showing me a review of my vehicle, and suggested items that should be addressed. I highly recommend Fitzgerald Hyundai of Clearwater.

The facility has been a rather sick joke, as such pertains to customer care; especially, in regards to official Subaru recalls.
A few diverse, Subaru service facilities are readily reached within the nesrbt area. It would be advised that potential clientele seek such, as opposed to the abovementioned service center.

I never got there, after driving 120 miles of 170 miles to view it, they informed me that it was sold. So I found another of the same style for less, and without all the add ons that jack the price up by several thousands of dollars over the listed price.

They told me the car was there as they were closing on Saturday night. I got there when they opened the next day they said they sold it the night before. I don't know if that's true or if they just wanted me to show up to try to sell be in something else. Either way it was a wasted hour drive each way.

I had a Great experience Egor was a great salesman to me and went way and beyond to help me purchase a vehicle unfortunately I had a family emergency occurred just before the transaction could be completed , But I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Fitzgerald to family and friends.
