I appreciate the low pressure atmosphere. I asked the finance guy to apply to a specific one of the credit unions offered, received mail from another that I did not request. Don't appreciate my info being scattered so casually.

Jes was very professsional. Videos are very helpful. Repair costs are high; my dealership in Michigan had more coupons to help out. $25 off a repair of $1800 isn't very helpful.

Took my 2012 Veloster for a recall to replace the ABS fuse. It took one hour and 30 minutes. That is unacceptable. Should have taken 30 minutes including all they had to do to make sure they get reimbursed from Hyundai.

The car was listed for 19,477 the dealer added 1000.00 for non ford finan,1,995.00 for recommended ppp, doc fee 1,298.00,retail fee 400.00, electronic fee 598.00 plus other fees totaling 7,241.72 over the cos of the car. For a sum of 27,241.74 for a car that was 19,477.....CRAZY

The service departments friendliness, courtesy, and thoroughness has been declining the past year. It's sad because this used to be an inviting top-notch facility, but things have changed for the worse. The customer is even left to remove the plastic cover and paper foot cover now. Everyone is just standing around in the receiving bay. Extremely disappointed

I was charged $626.00 for an crank shaft sensor, and now my engine is sounds like it is running on a higher. I took my car back to Fitzgerald and the manager said he didn't find a problem after I had him drive it. I will not bring my car there anymore.
