Everything seemed ok, went to Sedona last week and on the way home the tire pressure light went on. I stopped at Discount Tire, they checked my tires and they were overinflated, the spare was under inflated, they made adjustments. However, the tire pressure light is still on so will bring my Rav4 back to Toyota for further checking..

Service was prompt. I was upsold on a service plan without full disclosure on the details. I had to ask for documentation on the service plan because they didn't automatically provide it. After reading the details and being dissatisfied the dealership made changes to the terms which I'm happy with.

I had a good experience overall! They replaced my front strut. The only thing amiss was that afterwards they did not clean the residual oil that had amassed on the bottom of my car. I brought it to my other mechanic and he said it was still very dirty still from the leak and he cleaned it off.

I didn't receive a receipt I wasn't asked what was being done to my car I was told since I dident have a Toyota that I came last and my oil light keeps coming on and when I called twice they said they would call back but dident bad customer service and poor service my money is American last I checked don't know why I was treated poorly wouldemt recommend service or vehicle from this place

Didn't the fact that I had to arrange for my vehicle to be towed 38 miles to the nearest Toyota dealer. Also didn't appreciate having to drive another vehicle there and two vehicles 38 miles back after the repair was conpleted. I went to have my interior lights checked. I believed a furs was out. That fuse box is under the dash so I thought it advisable to take it in for fixing. Turns out I was right and in addition one bulb was burned out, It was fixed in a timely manner and I was treated very well by staff. Hallie Hepler (turns out no relation) and James both helped me during visit. Both are GREAT!

The service experience itself was fine, but I didn't notice until a few days later that they did not put the oil access drain cover back on and it had been hanging off my car until I noticed it!! Luckily I didn't lose it and screwed it back on myself, but that was very upsetting! I shouldn't have to check over my vehicle after getting service.

When I dropped my car off, I explained that, when in reverse, the car has a loud screech. When I picked the car up, I had to ask whether or not that issue had been researched. The Service Advisor had to ask the mechanic because it was not documented. I was told that, yes, the squeal had been checked and nothing was found...probably dust. The issue still exists, and, if not a "problem," it certainly is loud and annoying!
