Well was somewhat disappointed, as to being referred to another dealership, due to Findlay Toyota, did not have the tools or equipment to diagnose repairs,and waited another day for repairs to be completed. I did like that we did not have any out of pocket costs.

I took my truck in with a leak at the timing cover but was told it won't be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty because "it is not leaking enough." Isn't any leak "enough" what do I have to do wait until my oil is low and my engine starts knocking?

Everything seemed ok, went to Sedona last week and on the way home the tire pressure light went on. I stopped at Discount Tire, they checked my tires and they were overinflated, the spare was under inflated, they made adjustments. However, the tire pressure light is still on so will bring my Rav4 back to Toyota for further checking..

I had a good experience overall! They replaced my front strut. The only thing amiss was that afterwards they did not clean the residual oil that had amassed on the bottom of my car. I brought it to my other mechanic and he said it was still very dirty still from the leak and he cleaned it off.

I went to have my interior lights checked. I believed a furs was out. That fuse box is under the dash so I thought it advisable to take it in for fixing. Turns out I was right and in addition one bulb was burned out, It was fixed in a timely manner and I was treated very well by staff.
