Family Ford is awesome! When you take it in for an oil change and tire rotation, they let you know what else needs work, and if I agree I'll go back and do that. And everyone is super nice there!

My experience at Ford Family Car Care Center was excellent, my car was serviced and you feel the difference when you drive your vehicle. The service personnel will call to let you know if there is a problem and you have the choice to make your decision, however you are advised accordingly. I feel confident when I take my car to Ford Family Car Care, they are the best. Thanks to everyone!!

The only complaint I had was we scheduled the vehicle for service on a certain date, dropped it off the afternoon before and it wasn't even looked at until later in the day it was scheduled on, which then delayed us getting it for another day. It is not easy to try and schedule service around our work schedules, so it was an inconvenience in retrieving it when done.

My car was ready on time and at the price quoted. I used my Ford Pass points to help pay toward the new tires I purchased. I find Family Ford to be very competitive on tire prices and able to beat competing quotes.
Their "The Works" oil and filter change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection for $39.95 is less expensive than any other Ford dealer in the area.

Somehow during service the phone, sound system, and heating/air conditioner were disconnected. I asked for help in restoring them. I encountered quite a few issues. I still will go back to them for service but this experience was not pleasant. The actual service was performed as usual with no problems.

Our salesman Peter that called and dealt with us when we went for a test drive was very professional. Even though the vehicle we went to check out didnt meet our expectations and we didnt purchase anything we were very happy with the no pressure way Peter handled everything. A much nicer experience than other dealerships we have visited.
