My experience with Ford has always been good. Except for I would like to get feedback never get feedback about the diagnostics of my vehicle until I call to find out the status. Working with an insurance company is a big problem too waiting for adjusters to come out and get approval.

Although I did not pay for a service and only went here to take care of several recalls, the staff were friendly and professional. they have a shuttle service and delivery service other service providers don't have. I only needed to drop off my vehicle and they did the rest including bringing it back to my home. I definitely recommend Family Ford Service shop.

Everything was great. Had no complaints. I was very happy. I hope I get a call to let me know the status of my vehicle this week hopefully, or weekend. And can get it back asap,or I get a call to get a loaner vehicle asap. I hope it isn't too much. I had the same problem 4-5years ago. The temperature gauge went up and the car died on me. It was a head gasket. I hope they check that . I think that is what it is.

I just had a new transmission put in, and worried I still would have problems(not because I did not trust the work that was done. The staff at family ford are great) but when all the lights on the dash borad came on I got so scared. But of course John took my call, told me to bring the car in today I did and e erything is ok. Family ord is the best as is the staff.

We like all the service that we get at this dealer. They inspect the car and then they tell you what needs to be done. Our tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced and needed an alignment. It also needed the rear shocks replaced but we didn't have enough money to do that so they suggested doing it at the next service. Being older and have no other service location that we trust we are satisfied.

I was scheduled for a specific time, but they did not take my car for at least 45 minutes later. Also, they tried to convince me that I needed certain things done to my car which were not necessary. Lastly, they doubled the price of an oil change without any warning.
