The guy at check out suggested it would be in by the end of the week. After a few days, I called back to check on the part and received it. Maybe total coincidence, but that I had to call I can't give this a 5 star service.

My experience with Ford has always been good. Except for I would like to get feedback never get feedback about the diagnostics of my vehicle until I call to find out the status. Working with an insurance company is a big problem too waiting for adjusters to come out and get approval.

Although I did not pay for a service and only went here to take care of several recalls, the staff were friendly and professional. they have a shuttle service and delivery service other service providers don't have. I only needed to drop off my vehicle and they did the rest including bringing it back to my home. I definitely recommend Family Ford Service shop.

Everything was great. Had no complaints. I was very happy. I hope I get a call to let me know the status of my vehicle this week hopefully, or weekend. And can get it back asap,or I get a call to get a loaner vehicle asap. I hope it isn't too much. I had the same problem 4-5years ago. The temperature gauge went up and the car died on me. It was a head gasket. I hope they check that . I think that is what it is.

I just had a new transmission put in, and worried I still would have problems(not because I did not trust the work that was done. The staff at family ford are great) but when all the lights on the dash borad came on I got so scared. But of course John took my call, told me to bring the car in today I did and e erything is ok.
