I was told over text that I would get a complimentary car wash, which didn't happen. My appointment wasn't till 9:22 I got there a little after 9. They then told me it would be ready after lunch, and when I finished lunch still hadn't gotten anything then I got an alert that said the car would be ready at 4:30 pm.
This was for an oil change...

They were able to give me an appointment time, so that I could wait while they performed a recall, but then they tried to sell me work that didn't need to be done. I personally replaced the Engine and Cabin air filters less than 9K miles ago, so they didn't even look at the extra parts they tried to sell me... Strange way to do business.
