Lauren answering the phone was very helpful in scheduling a minor tire repair within a half hour time frame. Repairing a tire penetrated by a screw was fast and easy. Being 83, I feel taken care of by the Bush people. From my purchase last January to the service I have received over the years. This is my 4th Nissan.

Not thrilled with the service. Took too long for an oil change and they tried to sell me tires after I just bought the car from them 4 months earlier. At that time they told me everything was perfect. Someone is being deceitful. Either sales or service.

I was told I only had to stop in and get stickers put on and I ended up sitting there over an hour. I'm sure they did a good job but would've appreciated knowing I was going to be there that long, as I made plans thinking I just had to stop in and wasn't told they were servicing the car.

I've always experienced professional, patient people in the service department. It's not their fault that routine maintenance takes overly long. I'm not expecting 30 minute service for an oil/filter change, but when I make an appointment, arrive before 8am, and still have to wait, on average, 2-3 hours, that's too long. At that point, let me drop my car off the night before, give me a loaner and then I can give 5 stars.

My service was ok, I went to get my inspection stickers. I presented a coupon that I got from the website the night before and was told that it expired the beginning of the month but it didn't show that and on the day of my service it was still up on the website but they wouldn't honor it.

Got an appointment relatively easy. despite providing a contact phone number and updating the service record with the correct phone number, I was never contacted to tell me the vehicle was ready. Other Nissan dealerships wash my car for me after any service. Not here... Oh well!

Service was excellent, I was promptly processed at intake, was given estimate for service that was not covered by included maintenance. After work was completed I was given printout of the before and after alignment measures, as well summary of the inspection. Car was ready before promised time, and service manager brought it to the entrance when I arrived to pick it up.

I trust Charlie so much that I will just tell him what needs to be done to my car, and he'll take it from there. He'll come back to me at the waiting lounge handing me back my car key telling it's all done. He will not insist of having something to fix if not needed right away.
