I had an error code about my battery back-up. I had just had the battery replaced on 12/31/24. That battery lasted 6 1/2 years, with no problems. I was shocked that the code even came up, they put it on the battery checker/charger for 2 1/2 hours and said to bring it back if it happens again, of course I will they put that battery in. I feel it's a faulty battery, we'll see I wasn't charged anything for the service, which is fine, but I really didn't get the answers as to "why" this would occur to a newly installed battery.
